Digital Downloads (PNG & SVG Files)

Most of our products are instant digital downloads. This means:

• You’ll receive access to your files (PNG, SVG, or other formats) immediately after purchase.

• No physical products will be shipped.

• Please ensure you have the correct software and equipment (such as Canva, Inkscape, Photoshop, Cricut, Silhouette, or sublimation printers) to use the files.

Because files are delivered instantly, refunds and returns may not be available (see Refund Policy below).

Pre-Made Designs Policy

Our pre-made designs (including logos, editable templates, PNG/SVG files, and printable items) are sold with a non-exclusive license, unless otherwise stated in the product description. This means multiple customers may purchase and use the same design.

Key Points:

• Exclusive Licenses – If you would like to purchase exclusive rights to a design, please contact us to discuss availability and pricing.

• Copyright – Copyright ownership remains with Art Studio Dandelion LLC, except in the case of fully custom logo designs where ownership may be transferred.

• Fonts – We use free, properly licensed fonts in most of our designs. However, in some cases a design may include a font that has its own separate licensing requirements.

  Please note:

  • Font licenses are not included in your purchase.

  • If you’re unsure about a specific font, feel free to contact us for clarification.

  • For commercial or extended use, you may need to obtain a license directly from the font creator or licensing provider.

• Custom Licensing – If you need extended usage rights (e.g., for large-scale commercial use), we’re happy to discuss custom licensing arrangements.

Pre-made designs are a convenient way to launch a brand or project quickly. However, if you want a completely unique design tailored to your business, we recommend investing in a custom logo design, which offers:

• Uniqueness and exclusivity

• Stronger brand identity

• Full ownership and legal protection

• Adaptability across all uses (print, digital, merchandise, etc.)

By purchasing our designs, you agree to abide by these licensing terms.

Refunds & Returns

Because most of our products are instant digital downloads, refunds and returns are generally not available once files are delivered.

However, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so we make exceptions in certain cases, such as:

• If our system confirms the file was not downloaded.

• If there was a technical issue or an error with the file.

• If you encounter another problem, we’re always open to reviewing the situation with you.
