Pre-Made Designs Policy

Please note that our pre-made designs (including premade logos, diy editable templates, and other designs such as printable items) are sold more than once unless it is explicitly stated otherwise in the item description. This means that you are purchasing a non-exclusive license to use the design, which allows multiple people or businesses to use the same design.

If you would like to purchase an exclusive license for a pre-made design, please contact us to discuss pricing and availability.

Please also note that the transfer of copyright for a pre-made design is only available in specific cases and must be discussed with us prior to purchase. In general, copyright ownership of pre-made designs remains with Art Studio Dandelion LLC.

1. Design Copyright: The copyright for our designs is not transferable, except for fully custom logo designs. If you are interested in acquiring the copyright for a custom logo design, please contact us for more details.

2. Font License: Please note that any fonts used in our designs may have separate licensing requirements. Premade designs are created to showcase the overall aesthetic and concept, but the font license is not included. If you require specific font licensing, we recommend reaching out to the font creator or licensing entity.

Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! As we mainly sell digital items, please note that once the item has been delivered to you, we cannot issue refunds or accept returns. This is because digital items cannot be returned in the same way physical items can.

However, for custom services such as pre-made designs, it may be possible to cancel an order before delivery. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that cancellations are not guaranteed and may depend on the specific circumstances of your order.
